Kathleen wears too many hats to count, but it doesn’t stop her from picking up a few more every year. She began her insurance career 30 years ago, as an underwriter, and soon transitioned to working in account management roles for top insurance brokerages, including Marsh and Willis. She later became a business relationship manager for large clients in the financial services sector, where she helped institutions like JP Morgan and Wells Fargo to insure properties and other assets held within legal trusts. At Wood Gutmann & Bogart, Kathleen is the firm’s secret weapon for building relationships with clients, carriers and other partners, but she spends just as much time creating an arsenal of marketing tools to support WGB’s sales team and executive partners. Kathleen not only coordinates WGB’s marketing campaigns, but also those of the firm’s partner agencies, Champion Risk & Insurance Services, Coastal States Insurance and Silicon Valley Risk & Insurance. While Kathleen is often tapped for new roles and projects, she never leaves her relationships behind. Her approach is to build friendships that last decades, saying simply, “I like to get to know people.”
